20 km with 20 mates

After being diagnosed with cerebral palsy at a very young age and having first joined the Cerebral Palsy Alliance at age 6, the CPA has been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I've participated in numerous sports camps and and fundraising activities, creating so many connections with so many wonderful people and doing things I'd never thought I'd do, all with the very supportive backing of all the wonderful people at the CPA. Since the CPA relies on sponsorship to keep operating, both corporate and through events like these, it is so important that you give whatever you can so that this fabulous organisation can keep providing its services at a very low cost to help support the equally fabulous people who rely on it.      

20km with 20 mates

 I will be swimming in the 20K with 20 mates fundraising
event for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. I have been a member of the Allambie
Seals swim squad for many years, which has allowed me to do competitive
swimming and socialise with other people who also have cerebral palsy. I have
won multiple medals at the multi-class championships throughout the years. In
the past I have also have completed a range of challenges such as , Steptember
and the Krazy Kosci klimb which have allowed me to challenge myself and get out
of my comfort zone. I am now pumped and ready for a new challenge.
